Booking & Deposit

Payment Terms
To confirm a reservation, we require a 25% deposit of the total amount. The remaining 75% must be paid no later than 8 weeks before arrival. Once the deposit is received, your booking is confirmed, your dates are blocked in our calendar, and you will receive a confirmation email with check-in information.
If you book within 8 weeks of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.

The use of the accommodations is limited to the number of guests indicated in the booking conditions. Additional persons are not allowed to stay overnight in the accommodations unless we have granted prior permission. During your stay, you agree to the following terms & house rules. If you have questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a reservation.

Cancellation Policy
Guests wishing to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible.

If you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival, the 25% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival are non-refundable.

No-show
In the case of a no-show, the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Special Requests
Please note that all special requests (extra baby bed, extra bedding, extra towels, and any interim cleaning) are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.

Check-in Procedure
The host of La Casa Calma will welcome you and hand over the keys to the house.
We will also inform you about the use of the house’s facilities. Check-in is on the day of arrival between 16:00 PM and 22:00 PM.

Check-out Procedure
Check-out is before 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request and subject to availability.

Damage to La Casa Calma Property
We appreciate it if you handle the properties of La Casa Calma with care. If damage or loss occurs due to you, your guests, or anyone for whom you are responsible, costs may be charged, and deducted from the deposit.

Deposit
The deposit for this accommodation is €750,00 and must be paid by bank transfer 7 days before arrival.

Return of Deposit
If the accommodation is found in good condition with no damage or missing items, the deposit will be fully refunded to your account within 7 working days after check-out.

Electricity Usage During Your Stay
Our rates include a daily electricity allowance of 40 kWh per day, sufficient for standard use of air conditioning or heating depending on the season.
Upon check-out, the total consumption is compared to the included allowance.
Excess electricity usage will be charged based on the market kWh rate at the time of your stay. This policy applies year-round — in both summer and winter.

Responsibility for Personal Property
At La Casa Calma, we strive to provide our guests with a safe and comfortable environment. However, we want to remind our guests that they are responsible for their personal belongings. La Casa Calma cannot be held liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into our accommodation.

Responsibility
La Casa Calma and its owners accept no responsibility for illness, injury, nor for any other incident of any kind involving a guest(s) while on the premises, nor during travel to or from the property. La Casa Calma cannot be held responsible for the loss of or damage to private property, however caused.

Swimming Pool
The use of the swimming pool must be done without sun cream, as it can seriously damage the chemical balance of the water and therefore damage your skin, hair or even affect the colours of your swimming costumes. For your safety we ask you to keep an eye on children who do not know how to swim, not to dive in head first or make potentially dangerous jumps and not to run on the edges of the pool as a slip can cause a fall that can ruin your stay.

Smoking
The entire property is smoke-free. Smoking is only allowed outside the house (on the terrace) with the exclusive use of an ashtray. Please dispose of cigarettes in the ashtray and not on the ground.

Noise Disturbance
La Casa Calma is a quiet property and not a party location.
No noise or music is allowed after 22:00 PM.

Pets
Pets are allowed upon request. Additional costs may apply. Please inform the owner if your four-legged friend will be joining you.
