if you would like to book an additional cleaning during your stay, this includes fresh bed linen and a light cleaning of the house. The extra cost for this service is €150,00.

Electricity Usage During Your Stay
Our rates include a daily electricity allowance of 40 kWh per day, sufficient for standard use of air conditioning or heating depending on the season.
Upon check-out, the total consumption is compared to the included allowance.
Any excess usage will be deducted from the security deposit after check-out.
This policy applies year-round — in both summer and winter.

The villa is suitable for 1 to 8 people.
If you are a group of 10 guests, you can book the casa and the apartment (on the ground foor with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and living room).
A reservation is only confirmed after we have received the signed rental agreement and the deposit.
Until then, dates remain provisional and may be booked by another party.
Please note that our availability calendar may be slightly delayed and does not always reflect real-time bookings.
